This coating method creates an extremely durable surface that is up to 10 times stronger than traditional gold or silver plating. As a result, our jewelry is 100% water-resistant, hypoallergenic, and designed to keep its shine without fading or discoloration over time.

If your jewelry comes into contact with saltwater, we recommend rinsing it with fresh water after swimming to preserve its shine. We do not recommend wearing your jewelry in thermal or medicinal waters.

This means that each pearl develops a unique shape, size, color, and luster, making it impossible for two natural pearls to be the same, just as no two fingerprints are the same.

Although our pieces are designed for everyday wear, we have a few tips to help you preserve their quality.

  • We recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or cleaning to minimize exposure to moisture and help prevent accidental damage.
  • Clean your jewelry using only water and mild soap. Use a soft cloth and avoid harsh scrubbing materials.
  • Avoid applying perfume or creams directly onto the surface of your jewelry.
  • Pearls tolerate frequent wear well, as the natural oils in our skin help maintain their shine. However, it is important to protect them from strong chemicals found in perfumes, hand sanitizers, soaps, and cleaning products, as these can wear down the surface of the pearl and give it a dull appearance.
  • Semi-precious stones require special care to ensure their longevity. Repeated or prolonged exposure to water, chemicals, extreme heat, or extreme cold may affect the quality of the gemstones. While semi-precious stones are durable, they can still be sensitive to impacts against hard surfaces.

  • Each piece of jewelry comes with an eco-friendly Enamoro pouch, perfect for safely storing your jewelry.
  • Store your jewelry so that the pieces do not rub against each other, helping to prevent scratches.
  • Any pouch or jewelry box with a soft interior is also suitable for storage. Before storing your jewelry, make sure the pieces are completely dry.

Every Enamoro Jewels order arrives in a logo-branded, eco-friendly jewelry pouch designed to protect and store your pieces.

All orders can be shipped via MPL postal or courier package (Packeta, Foxpost) at the buyer's expense.

Refund Policy

We want you to truly love your Enamoro Jewels jewelry. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer a return option. Please note that refunds are provided in the form of store credit, rather than cash refunds.

Az enamorojewels.hu can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we receive the returned item(s), the purchase amount will be refunded in the form of store credit.

Shipping costs are not refundable. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with no signs of wear or damage, in their original packaging and with tags attached.
