3. Once we have received the product and confirmed that it is undamaged, the purchase price will be refunded within 30 days.
Apart from the cost of returning the product, you will not incur any other charges related to the withdrawal.
Important information regarding returns:
The returned product must not be worn, damaged, or incomplete.
Please return the product in its original packaging.
In the case of custom-made, personalized jewelry, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in accordance with applicable legislation.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of worn earrings.
